Friend on Bedrest

My best friend is 30 weeks and is on full bedrest with a 2 year old. 

I am planning to bring her a couple of heat and eat meals but what else can I do?  They are well off so she has all the amenities--TV, laptop, books, netflix etc.  Is there anything I can get that is an activity that she can do with her 23 month old?  Something that she can spend time laying down with him doing?  Any suggestions?  I do plan to visit as much as I can but I have a 3 year old and a 9 month old DD at home so I am a bit limited.

I would love any suggestions.

Does she have help? Like a babysitter or something so that she can actually rest?? I was on bedrest with my DS and I had to hire someone because I could not keep up with a DD who wanted to go to the park..is there any way you could sanely handle all three kids for a few hours?

Her son will be going to daycare and they have a ton of family around so, I will offer but I think that they most likely have that covered.
