headache and nausea?

any thoughts about having headaches and nausea this late in pregnancy?  My blood pressure was fine one week ago.  The headache is in the back of my head and I have a little pain in my neck.  And I just feel suddenly struck with fatigue and some nausea.  Second time this has happened this week...sucks.

I just found out in our childbirth class that hormones are ramping up again so all the fun crap from the first trimester can come back.... like headaches and nausea. Perhaps it's that?
