I am known to have terrible histamine reactions and I have a very limited diet because of it. So many food cause this reaction. So a few days ago, my dh decided to buy us some red wine. I have never had any alcoholic beverages in my life so this was a first. In the morning, my red cheeks went considerably down. So I had a small glass with dinner the next few nights and ever since then, I can eat apple, strawberries, potatoes, and so much more with little reaction the first day and just about zero reactions now. How is this working? Anyone else see changes from wine?

To be honest wine isn't that great tasting to me but if this is somehow curing me, than I am all for it medicinally atleast. I am going to try a different brand when we finish this bottle up. I think there was too much alcohol in it.
