Anyone out there done this and have advice for meals? I am planning to do this over the summer and am trying to 'train' myself to eat more like this right now so that it's not such a dramatic change, but all of the sites I find and the one candida diet cookbook I have includes mostly meat based meals.
Also, I am feeling confused about whether or not beans (black, kidney, garbanzo, ect) are OK on this diet and if so, how much can I eat and do I need to prepare them a certain way?
Anyone who has been down this road and has advice and tips for me to make sure I feel satisfied and less likely to fall off the wagon would be much appreciated!
