pair it with a three-syllable middle name and i'll be super happy. baby's last name will be two syllables (let's say it's "miller") so you can try it out for flow.
One of my other favorite names right now is Aurora. Jane Aurora is lovely.Â
Oh, and definitely not weird since it is your middle name!Â
i like jane aurora and it flows nicely and sounds lovely with baby's last name. will have to see what dh thinks. he's kind of stuck on mae right now.Â

really? i liked it at first, but not loving it as much anymore. maybe it's because it's his mother's middle name (not that i don't adore my MIL, i do). he thinks mae goes well with tess (dd's name). have to think about it.

i'll probably have a boy and this will all be moot. Â but i do appreciate all the suggestions.
we're trying to avoid names that are short for something (i know, we're very particular). although we have discussed cate/kate which is obviously short for something. i'm not loving it so much anymore, with the upcoming royal wedding and all.Â
I love, love, love Wren. Â I would use it in a heartbeat for a future baby girl, but it sounds too much like my son's name. Â I think it's just beautiful! Â I also love Mae and Jane.
