I'm looking over the past month, and I think I o'ed sometime around March 27 or 28, which would mean that today is 12dpo or 13 dpo.  My BBT was up again to 98.5 this morning (it's been going up since Tuesday).  But again I took a hpt and it was a BFN!

Since I wasn't charting this cycle :(   my problem is that I assumed I would O around March 17 and AF would have come March 31 ... Well, that explains the "oops" situation that DH and I are in!

I've decided I will wait to test again until Tuesday morning.  If AF hasn't come by then, you'd think it would have to be BFP... right?

It sure sounds promising. That is very frustrating! I hope you get that BFP!!

Congrats to all the BFPs!!! This looks like a good month for a lot of us!!

cbaa--Really sorry to hear that!! Next month will be your month!!!!! :)

***I just wanted to share with those who already somewhat know my story.. and although this doesn't have to do with TTC, it's still very exciting for me! FINALLY today I got a letter in the mail stating that the Fiance Visa for Michael and I----has been approved!!! We have waiting almost 7 months to get this news. So whether or not I get a BFP this month, I am already happy :) That means in just a couple short months, he will be here for good and we can TTC again!! :) :)***

As for the pregnancy thing.. well lots and lots of AF type cramps today. Identical to when I am PMSing. And AF is about 3-4 days away. So who knows!!!! Either way, I am suuuupper excited right now!!!! I hope to see lots more BFPs after the weekend! Good Luck to those testing!!!!

Congrats all you that got your BFP already!!!

Good luck to those testing soon, or who are having a difficult time deciphering their results!

AFM: Having some crampy-ness, light EWCM too, so just waiting for my O to come, should be very soon. 2whistle.gif We've been BDing, so hopefully all goes well and I will shortly be in my 2WW. biggrinbounce.gif

cbaa2010...   AF should arrive for me today too, I just found some pink. Looks like we'll be on a matching cycle again. Here's to 2012 babies!!!

Shelly71...   The clear mixed in with the creamy CM is EWCM. Tacky would be "sticky" on FF, and is considered fertile. So it sounds like you are gearing up to ovulate!

I'm not counting you out yet, not until the witch shows!!!  thumb.gif

Hmmmm, so maybe I'm better off than I thought. I just keep thinking it's clear and super stretchy or nothing. I'd definitely call it sticky, just not stretchy.

Generally speaking, your LP will be the same every month or off by 1 day in either direction.  So it doesn't matter when you ovulate, your LP will probably be the same as it was the month before.  Don't stress!  hug2.gif

Wow, so many BFPs! Yay! Congratulations rah, babyfever, and fnpmama!!! And welcome to the newcomers to the thread.

bfillingham, totally awesome about the visa. I have known many people in that situation and it can be so stressful. Only six months till he's with you, right?

Stevi, good news about your lp! Already starting good wishes for putting it to use next cycle.

Shelley, from my understanding it is the follicular stage (before o) that determines your cycle length, with your lp staying relatively constant regardless of o date. So if you o late, then your normal lp would start whenever o happened, and your cycle would be longer than usual. (If you were to o early, your lp would also remain the same and your whole cycle would be shorter.) Someone wiser, please correct me if I'm wrong!

AFM: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IS HAPPENING WITH ME!! I am really starting to worry. I'm CD16 and my CBFM still says low! My temps are still low too. I am terrified that I'm not going to O! On top of that, if I O after Monday, my LP will be less than 10 days. This could be my worst fear coming true.

AFM - please move me to Waiting to O. Yep, AF has arrived. But it's okay because...this means my meds are working and my tumor is shrinking! My greatest fear was that I would still not get AF and my whole charting adventure was some giant fluke and I was in fact still in amenorrhea land. I am trying to have faith in my body and trust that this is its way of preparing itself for a healthy pregnancy. BD was so perfectly timed that I really believe my body was not ready yet and maybe needed to have an AF (it's technically my very delayed ppaf).

Hey, congrats on the fiance visa!  My husband came to the US from the UK on a fiance visa just over four years ago, and he just got his citizenship finished this February.   I think waiting for the initial visa was the hardest part because we were apart, then every step after that (greencard, 10 year greencard two years later, then naturalization) was a lot easier because he was here.  So hopefully you've almost gotten through the hardest part!  I still remember how amazing and exciting it was when the fiance petition got approved.  I'd been so nervous and impatient, waiting for the months it took, checking the USCIS case status website so many times on some days that it would lock me out for a while.  After that came through, things moved pretty quickly with the embassy and he was here within about three months and we were married a couple months after that.   So, good luck for an easy journey from here on out, and congrats!

Gozal--Thanks for the Congrats, It will actually now only be about 3-4 months at most until he is here! YAY!!

YellowDart--Thank you so much for sharing that story with me! The petition was in for nearly 7 months before it was approved, and I sound JUST like you with the checking the website constantly lol!!! I couldnt stay off the Case Status part haha!! It is sooo exciting, After 5 long years, it's about time! It is also so exciting because we are both very so happy about finally being able to TTC like a normal couple!!! (He wants at least 4 kids, Thank God for that, because I want as many as I can financially support!!) If he is actually here within 3 months from now, I will be ecstatic!! (Better get on those wedding plans too hehe)

I caved and took an HPT tonight, even though I was supposed to AT LEAST wait until morning.. well more like Tues or Wed.. YEAH RIGHT !!! Haha. BFN. I think. Well any normal person would think that is was negative, but i have to try to be all detective-like, putting it in the light and tilting away. haha. Pretty sure negative though. Should have waited!!!

Okay so I had to show this, because it is kind of funny to me. There is no way that someone who is not TTC or never has would even see the second line, heck, I dont even think I truly can. But this is was taken within the time limit, so it is not an evap, but I think that what I do see is just a shadow where the line would come up if I really were pregnant. Does anyone else get this on a true BFN? I know it is not even a faint, but I just want to know if it is just a shadow, or if my eyes are just tricking me and it's really nothing. PS you kind of have to imagine it is there before you can even see it!! (Also, I can only see it if I tilt it the right way and in the right light)

Hmm thinking it is just a shadow.. sitting here tilting away and I can only see it sometimes, other times it is completely white. If it was a faint, I think I'd be able to see it no matter which way I looked at it!!! MUST WAIT FOR AF** Why oh why can I not just do that???? I think I will buy a digital (after spending about 20 bucks on dollar store tests lol) that way I will force myself to wait for a missed period so that I do not waste it!!

Bfillingham...   Open the cartridge and lay the test strip on your scanner, then post that image. It sure looks like an early line to me. Aren't you only around 8dpo?

And test again in the morning with FMU!! :)

WOW i've been gone from the thread for like a day in a half and soooooo many BFPs!!!! YAY i'm so excited for all of you!!!

Thanks for all of the good wishes on the house! It really is coming along! Me and DH are working VERY HARD to save up the last $900 that we need by May 18th and I know that we are going to make it.  We've done a lot of going without...but as long as we have food, gas, diapers, wipes, and formula we are good to go lol.  I can't believe that we will be moving into our new house on Mother's Day weekend!! What a wonderful mother's day gift to me!!!! LOL

Also, i get to go back to day shift starting this Thursday!!! I'm super excited about it...and so is DH.  He's so tired of us not seeing each other and so am I. It helps me too because i go for my consult for my breast reduction this wednesday.  I've decided that we are just going to go talk about it right now and see what the doctor thinks we should do. After that we will see where we are in terms of finances and baby thoughts lol.  DH doesn't want it to really happen at all but i want to at least have it done after our last child is born, taking we get pregnant within my 3 year deadline set by DH.

G/L to anyone else testing this coming week!! It's so exciting to think that there has been such an explosion of BFPs!!! Especially around the time of my 1 year anniversary of getting my BFP with Emma!!!!

Absolutely nothing!! haha, I dont even know how I got that other line to somewhat show up. I honestly think it was a shadow, because it seems like now no matter how much I try to see something now, I just cant!! I am pretty sure AF is on her way, because I have randomly been getting the cramping I usually get. I am not sure how many DPO I am because I am not sure when I really O'ed, usually I can always tell without OPKs and the first month of TTC I couldnt! But AF is due about the 13th.(30 day cycle) Took a random OPK I found under my sink though on the 27th ish and it was negative.. I think if I did O it would have been after that, my LMP was 13th or 14th of march. I am just anxious to know either way!!!

CONGRATS fnpmama! jumpers.gif

So many BFPs this month and its only just begun! I hope it continues!!

Tested again... another BFN. My chart was just perfect this month, I just keep thinking I HAVE to be pregnant!  But I feel like it should be positive by now. I got a BFP on 11dpo with my 2 kids and only later ones with my 2 losses.  This is so stressful!

It looked like a very faint line in the first and then like nothing in the second, Bfillingham.. Sorry! :( But it definitely isn't over, not until AF starts! Did you test again this morning or will you tomorrow with FMU??

Callie, that IS a gorgeous chart.. I'd hold out hope longer with that! I hope this is it for you and the hcg is just taking a while to build!

I keep having the up and down feeling due to not testing postivie a few days ago, and it's now 13 DPO. I think I'm just freaking myself out because I read about how other women test at 8 DPO and get their BFP, and I forget that the average alone for a positive test is usually 12 DPO. I did a search on Mothering and a few other forums and read tons of posts from women who went to 17-20 DPO before they got a positive and felt a lot better! Trying not to psych myself out!

AF is supposed to start tomorrow but I'm not having symptoms or anything, not yet. Still have dark puffy nipples and my appetite is still uncharacteristically large.. keeping my fingers and toes crossed for some baby dust when I test tomorrow!

I was going to wait until Tuesday am to take another hpt, but I don't want to wait that long anymore.  How important do you think the first morning urine is?  Should I wait until tomorrow (Monday) am?  Or should I .... go and try to get a bfp now?

My BBT went up to 98.6 today (it was 98.5 yesterday, 98.3 the day before).  Last night I felt cramping in the middle of the night, and I thought--- definitely AF is on her way.  But then the high temp.  No sign of AF.

Unfortunately, I only have expensive digital tests in the house.  I have 2 left.  How would you use them if you were me?  Isn't it hilarious that I've come to this?  Trying to maximize my remaining hpts?

Okay, so the top test is the one I took this morning with FMU. The bottom one is the one I took yesterday and pretty much didnt even get a faint, besides in the one pic I posted (still not sure how that showed up.) The top one was within the 10 min time frame. I am not sure if I see a faint line or not. I put them next to each other, and then I sort of can. But it literally goes back and forth. One sec I see it, the next I dont see anything at all. AHH I think I am going to end up needing glasses after all of this straining and squinting!! What do you ladies think.. is it even a squinter? AF due 12th or 13th unless I O'd late. Which I kind of think I did. I certainly am not feeling too great, waking up with headaches and that indigestion feeling in my stomach and throat which makes me feel a tad queasy. Mainly the headaches I am noticing, but none of my symptoms are really that intense yet. Still AF like cramps throughout my lower stomach. I guess I will test again in the morning.

Beppie--I would use FMU!! (Well, to be honest I would probably cave and just use it in the evening because I am SO impatient) But my advice is to use FMU!!! Haha hypocrite right?? That way you give your urine lots and lots and lots of time to build up that HCG! Plus by tomorrow morning there may be more HCG in your system as well. I test all the time, but I try to only buy Dollar Store Brand to save money, then if my AF never comes and I get some good faint positives, Ill buy a good'n. But its up to you! I know I have horrible self control!! hehehe. Good luck!!!

I've got everything under the sun triple crossed for you!!!  dust.gif

AFM: Absolutely nothing again today - CD17. I got another low on the CBFM, and did an OPK at the same time with a lighter line than yesterday. I'm not too worried about the OPK, because I usually test those in the afternoon, which I will do again today. All I can hope for at this point is a temp rise on Tuesday. I had definite pains last night as I was going to sleep near my right ovary - quite painful pangs which lasted probably around a minute, maybe two. So, while I'm still supremely frustrated that the materials I'm using are showing me nothing, I still have hope that my body will actually do its job. I'll just have to wait and see, I guess.
