Finally got back into the swing of things today. I've noticed a pattern here....every month I end up taking many days in a row as a break. I guess I'll keep with it, though, as it seems to be working!

Ooh, I'm in...I just started logging it last week. Since I started on April 20 I guess I'll shoot for 333 minutes through the end of the month. If I get in two more good workouts in the next three days I can hit that goal.

I'm not really looking to lose weight, at least, not more than three pounds or so. I'm 5'2", 118 lbs and a curvy size 4 (though I've been working out pretty conscientiously for the last couple months and this week I just comfortably fit back into my size 2 skinny jeans, so I'm pretty stoked to see results.) I'm mostly interested in just getting toned. My natural body shape is petite but soft and curvy, which I like, but I'd rather be firm curvy than squishy love handle curvy. I've literally never in my life focused on ab work before, and I'm definitely starting to see the crunches and oblique work pay off. My end goal is that I'd just like to feel fit and strong and healthy, and quite frankly I'd like to be happy in a bikini. Is that horrible to say out loud? But anyway, I've really enjoyed having fitness goals and seeing hard work pay off. I definitely feel better and more energetic when I get exercise.

4/22 -- pilates 40 min, target toning abs and hips 14 min

4/24 -- pilates 50 min, target toning abs and butt 10 min

4/25 -- walk -- 20 min
