4/22 -- pilates 40 min, target toning abs and hips 14 min
4/24 -- pilates 50 min, target toning abs and butt 10 min
4/25 -- walk -- 20 min

4/11 -  100 minutes walking/jogging and running

4/12 -  90 minute strength workout

4/13 -  45 minute run with squats and stairs

4/14 -  60 minutes strength training    30 minutes tilling up garden (I'm going to keep this separate from my cardio minutes)

4/15 -  exhausting day in the garden.  worked from 9 am until 5:30 pm almost nonstop....  i'm counting the time i used running the tiller 180 minutes

4/16 -  60 minutes running 10k with ds....includes warm up and cool down

4/18 -  35 minute easy jog with the boys

4/20 -  60 minute strength work out

4/21 -  35 minute walk with neighbor

4/23 -  40 minute run

4/25 -  60 minute run

4/26 -  25 minute run

4/27 -  55 minute run

4/28 -  70 minute run/walk

4/30 -  60 minute run/jog
