DS has toots that smell like sulphur and complains of a burning bum....

For the past few weeks DS has been tooting like crazy.  He complains that when he toots it feels like acid comes out and burns really bad.  He can also clear a room because his toots smell like sulphur (rotten eggs).  Any ideas???  DS is 5.
