Are herbal infusions (nettles, red raspberry leaf) safe to take during pregnancy if you have a form of thrombosis?

I have seen nettle recommended for the treatment of thrombosis, but I have also seen it listed as a hemostat, which would seem to contraindicate its use with thrombosis, so I don't know about the nettles.  I haven't found any contraindications with raspberry, but if I were you, I'd find a professional herbalist or naturopathic doctor to check with.  If you are taking blood thinners, you want to be especially careful, because many herbs (like alfalfa) thin the blood and you could get more thinning than is safe if you use those herbs in conjunction with blood thinners.  Good luck!
