I've been researching the heck out of both WAP and various veg nutrition gurus trying to make some sense out of the raging debates about where or not animal products or soy will kill us faster... yikes.
Â
It seems like most of the out there I find research I find on either side is far from objective. Everyone seems to be writing with an agenda or simply arguing (sometimes complete with name-calling and other inappropriate ways of pulling rank) rather than objectively viewing the available information just trying to develop an integrative perspective about what is most nutritious and health promoting.
Â
It definately seems like the amount of animal product consumed really depends on a lot of factors for each individual, but I'm having a hard time finding some objective information to help me make that call.  I've gotten really interested in a TCM five element perspective too, but I'm not finding a lot of info out there either.

Anyone have some guidance to help me ground and get some objective perspective on healthy eating and what is optimal for whom and when?
