Hi I'm new here

Hi,
I'm so happy to have found this forum. My oldest son, 6, has autism and we have been moving to more traditional foods to help heal him. I am so excited to have found a community of like minded people, and one with so much knowledge. This is really exciting.

Sorry, I sound like such a dork, but this has been really overwhelming for me and without having knowledgable friends I've been so unsure as to what to don next.

Currently we eat grass fed beef, and I make coconut water kefir. I just started us on raw milk cultured butter and recently placed an order for raw goats milk to make my own kefir.

We are looking at ways to get more coconut oil in our lives and how to naturally supplement his usual vitamins and supplements.

Hi and welcome peace.gif

I have a child on the spectrum and I think we're moving in the right direction! I'd like to try making kefir too. Right now I'm focusing on fermented foods.
