Easter basket toys

Anyone want to share ideas?

I'm making dd the sewn felt bunny from The Nature Corner, and I like these finger puppets, and these bookmarks.

In the past, I've made playsilks (green makes a great basket liner), felted eggs, and purchased nests and filled them with wooden eggs, sewn felt chicks, and a sewn mama bird (from The Nature Corner.)

ETA: Just realized that my avatar is the bunny from The Nature Corner that I made for my niece:)

I like felting a hollow egg and then putting a needle felted or sewn chick inside the egg.  Knit and felted sheep have always been popular with my kids, too.

I like to fill our Easter baskets with outdoor things or things like craft supplies that need to be replenished each year. This year my oldest ds is getting: a butterfly catching net, garden tools, one of the green toy tugboat for the beach, a beach hat, a new Thomas the train movie, a kite and glow in the dark stars for his room.

My youngest ds is getting: a green toy tugboat, sand pail, shovel, beach hat, curious george dvd, side-walk chalk, a new book and bubbles/
