Yep. Dh has the same kind of job:
Â
Homeade pizza
Thick hearty soups that can be eaten with a chunk of bread (potato soup and sourdough)
Sandwhiches without mayo or mustard (makes them wet and soggy. If he needs it, get him some packets from a local gas station)
Dh always keeps a jar of pickles and a jar of pnut butter in the car (not to eat together)
cheese, pickle, and sausage (if thats something he eats) on toothpicks
salad in a pita pocket
chips and salsa
burritos (I get the tortillas from the mexican grocery and they are 14'', so theres no chance of it breaking)
cheese ravioli with vegetable marina
hummus and red bell pepper strips (or pita bread, or chips)
sushi (I buy it and put it in a little insulated lunch box)

We do lots of stuff that I cant think of, but mainly DH really likes to have a container that fits in the cupholder (of hummus, soup, salsa, ect) and dip stuff into it. One thing I have never mastered is keeping food hot and having it be not soggy (sandwhiches). So, a few times a week DH stops for hot food instead of eating what I send.
