My daughter is 14mos and a handful! However, I've really been wanting another little one; I think my body is insisting on it, lol. As I only want two children, and no more, I'm wondering how far apart kids should be. I'm about to start school and go back to work, and my husband is going to be undergoing a shift change at work, so right now obviously isn't the best time. I'm on the DEPO shot; it works wonders for me. However, depending on where we are financially at the end of next year (babies ARE expensive, after all) I was thinking we could try then.

What do you guys think? How far apart are your kids, and how does it work? My DH and his sister were three years apart and they played well together.
