yes- I really need to be very aware of making sure I actually nurse him enough and not just give him the expressed milk. Today was another only once so far day and when I just went to nurse him right now he didn't want to, but he drank what I had expressed earlier into a cup. So I have to make sure we still nurse or he will get used to the fast flow of the cup and grow impatient with nursing. Every day I try again to do it how I want to- ie enough good actual nursings! We had a few good days but totay wasn't great with that

It isn't going so well with this right now. I am still nursing infrequently and my supply seems to be diminishing for the first time. And ds refuses to nurse often now! I literally bring him to our comfy nursing spot, put him on my lap, offer, and he rolls off of me and crawls away! Kind of sad. But as long as I am still producing I am okay with it. But now my supply seems really low. I got a pump but I am barely able to pump any. Up until 2 days ago I was hand expressing it quite abundantly. but in the past 2 days or so not much at all is coming out. So I tried to resume pumping ( when ds refused again to nurse) and I could barely pump an ounce. I am not sure how to get ds interested in nursing again. His front 2 teeth are coming down right now so I think that is affecting him. I also think he has just tuned into my feelings I had been having with my reluctance to nurse. But now I want to nurse and he often doesn't. I nursed him early this morning and that was it. I am also not sure how to re establish my supply. I know when ds nursed this morning it didn't feel like a lot of milk was coming down. but it is odd to me because I have had these infrequent nursing issues for months- and have better and less good weeks off and on, but my supply was always abundant through all that until now. Do I just keep trying to get him to nurse, or do I pump,- any tips to re establish my supply? Is it frequency of nursing that does that?
