"My penis hurts!"

My almost 6-yr old DS has been complaining that his penis hurts "when it gets bigger". 

He is uncircumcised and was forcibly retracted when he was 3 months old. I've been careful to watch for signs of adhesion and as he got older he showed me he could retract his foreskin without issues. He never complained that retraction hurt, but he did complain that the glans hurt if he touched it.

My question is: Does this sound like "hurts" may not be an accurate term and really means extra-sensitive? Or does this sound like something I should worry about?

His friends' mothers have told me that their boys (circumcised) have shown them their "bigger" penises with glee! :) My son does NOT like his penis to get bigger.

My 4yo son is the same way. He says it hurts, but one morning he said when he says it hurts he really means he just doesn't like it. I haven't given it much thought until now. I just assume he does not like it when it happens.

My 5.5 yr old son is uncircumcised and has lately been saying that it "feels too good", and it really bothers him.  He is uncomfortable.  Maybe it's the same with your son, only they are using different expressions?  He used to be fine with erections!
