Hi there,
Well I'm due in November and I'll be having the child in my home country as it will be more affordable and better support for mothers. While my child would be given citizenship by my birth to my home country, I would like them to be born there.
The only downside is my husband will not be at the birth, which will be quite unfortunate. Oddly though, this was his idea and the finances make more sense this way. I'll also get to spend time with my parents prior to the birth. Be a kid before I become the mother.
Anyone else having their child in a different country from where they are living?
