My 15 month old son has been sucking on my fingers since he was a newborn, he never took a pacifier or a bottle and I didn't mind lending him my fingers every once in a while but it just never stopped. I'm just now realizing that this isn't something most babies do. Have any of you ever experienced this? He sucks my fingers when he's tired, scared, sad, or just needs comfort. Actually he's sucking on my finger right now while I type with one hand! Is this a normal behavior and how can i get him to stop? Or should i even try to get him to stop?
