I've done a search for this and have found a ton of information, but I have a very specific issue that I haven't been able to find a good answer for.
My left breast gets really achy while I'm nursing my 8 month old before bed and then continues to ache for about an hour afterwards. It doesn't ache in the mornings or in the middle of the night. Just before we go to bed. The pain is fairly deep in my breast close to my rib cage. My nipples don't hurt at all. I have no red streaks or warmth to the touch. I don't have a fever. My baby's mouth looks very clear and yeast free.
My baby has two teeth and I've noticed that this pain started right before he got his first tooth. I've read that a baby's saliva changes when they get teeth...could this be what is causing this?
I have no insurance or money so I need to figure out a way to resolve this on my own. I think I'll call my local LLL for help in the morning, but I wanted to see if I could get any advice here first.
Thank you!
