I drink loads of milk, probably atleast a pint a day. Sadly it's just normal full cream milk; raw milk is illegal in Scotland and it's expensive to get it delivered from England. I would love to have some pygmy goats for milking, but unfortunately it's not something we can afford or have room for at the moment.

I don't think I could go a day without milk, and on top of that I have a lot of double cream and yoghurt. I don't think I could quit dairy if I tried! I've always drank a lot of milk and have always been skinny, so I don't think you need to worry about gaining weight from it.

I drink around a quart a day of raw, whole Jersey milk. Â I'm about 1 size larger than I'd like to be (on my frame somewhere between 5-10 lbs.), but that's from a winter of too much snacking, there have been times when I was drinking just as much milk and stayed easily at my preferred size if I didn't snack and kept meal portions reasonable, the milk doesn't seem to have any bearing on that for me.
