If you are still debating/discussing when the day comes, remember that you can always ask that the gender be written down on a piece of paper and put into a sealed envelope. Then you can always decide to look at it at a later date
We were discussing doing that and then having ds read it to everyone so that he would feel included in that special part, but now ds is saying he wants to come to the ultrasound with us. I don't have a problem with him coming, so we'll probably go that route instead. Maybe we'll have the tech tell him (if the tech seems friendly) so that he's the first to know and then he can tell us.
