Birthday party ideas???

Help I'm new to all this!!

My kids have been going to parties that are including crafts. I have no clue where to start or buy stuff. My son is having a party at end of month he will be 6 I need ideas.

Also dd will be 9 in June any ideas for either where I can order things from. We live in a real rural area the only craft stores are Michaels and hobby lobby and I can go but it's about 40 miles so help me brain storm. I'm used to party where the kids play and eat so the crafts are new.

Thanks

Tina

I prefer HOBBY LOBBY vs Michaels but HL isnt open on Sunday so plan accordingly.

When my son was 6 he LOVED those little wooden cut outs that you could paint/marker then embelish with glitter and such.  They are under $1 and kids can do several of them at a party.  Girls love them too.

Foam stuff is a big hit and they have sets of it.  One year my daycare had the kids make foam sun visors(premade) and decorate them

Same thing for flip flops

What do you kids like to do,  are they having a theme party?  Hobby lobby is def my favorite store LOL.(idk if you are religious or not but we arent so gotta be careful with what you get, sometimes its a bit 'churchy' for our tastes')
