So maybe it's not much, but just a couple days ago I made an organizer thing out of an old cereal box and some pretty duct tape  lol  I got the idea after looking at the one I bought for DS sitting on top of the fridge with all our cereal boxes.  ;)

All I did was cut part of one of the narrow ends out so you can see what's in it--then put colored duct tape of choice all over it--extra reinforcement and prettier to look at than an old box.

I've only done one so far but I have enough left on that roll of duct tape to do at least 2 more.  The roll of tape is about the same price as one store-bought plastic "magazine file" I think they called it.  (it's a thing that holds DS's religion book, some school folders, that kind of thing.)  The one I made is holding our computer paper.  :)

I bought tie-dye duct tape for the one that will hold my wallet, keys and other stuff I'm constantly losing.

I really love this idea and plan to make tons of them LOL  i think the best though was 4 yr old DD "Mommy, I want to cover the ugly box!"
