Is there a way to get help with this subscription issue?

I had a digital subscription. I've heard through the grapevine and confirmed in the FAQs that I should have received an email to get me started with Natural Life, but I never did. Does this just mean I've lost out on the subscription?

I just received my first email from Natural Life this afternoon. Maybe check again and peek in your spam folder?

Thanks. I just got a hold of a guy at Natural Life and he says they have no record under my name or email so who knows. I know I was receiving every issue 3x, but I really thought one of those was a paid subscription.

I am in the same boat. The guy at natural life was really trying to be helpful but mothering did not properly pass along that I should still have a year of a sub left. I of course had already called mothering when all this first went down and was very understanding in the message I left, but never got a call back. I have no way to access what I paid for. I'm seriously disappointed in mothering promising to help us all get set and then just not responding ever!!!
