Prepare for babywearing

Hi,

i am pregnant again, and again looking forward to babywearing. I never owned a stroller, but this time I think I´ll need one. I had a bad back problem last september with a disc dislocation, and it is still painful. But I am sad as well, I do want to carry my baby. 

 

Do you have any ideas how to strengthen the backmuscles so that I can carry the baby without hurting myself?

Awww... I wish I had an answer for you. I would just say to check with your doc or a chiropractor or physical therapist... good luck!

German style woven wraps are great for supporting the wear and the baby. That might be a good carrier choice. I agree with the recommendation to seek a health care practicioner to make sure that you won't damage yourself. Baby wearing should not hurt.
