Hi,
i am pregnant again, and again looking forward to babywearing. I never owned a stroller, but this time I think I´ll need one. I had a bad back problem last september with a disc dislocation, and it is still painful. But I am sad as well, I do want to carry my baby.
Do you have any ideas how to strengthen the backmuscles so that I can carry the baby without hurting myself?
