9-10 dpo. I need some advice.

1. I have been ttc for 6 months and this month I started my first cycle of clomid 50mg. It is 9 or 10 dpo and I have been having a constant dull pain in my lower abdomen and spontaneous sharp pains that shoot across my right side. My boobs are sore but it is mainly my nipples. I am bloated and constipated. I have had headaches continuously for several days and I have been super emotional. I am eating everything in sight. And I have started having a lot of clear/white watery discharge. Could I be pregnant? or could I just want it so bad that I am imagining the symptoms. I took a test today and it was neg. hopefully it is just too soon to tell. I go to the Dr. tomorrow to have my labwork done form the clomid. I guess they can tell me then? Anyone gone through the same thing and turn out pregnant? Thanks.

I don't know anything about clomid of pg symptoms, but I'm just posting to say good luck and I hope you get your BFP! Remember to come back and update. :)
