sore and achey

Does anyone else have this?  Maybe it's normal, but I'm not sure.  It's what I would call the bottom of my belly... maybe the underside?  It's sore and achy a lot.  Not sharp or anything, like what I thought round ligament pain was.  This is more of a general, consistent ache.  Is this part of having a growing belly?

I do. I notice more on days that I'm on my feet all day at work.

Instead of pulling up the elastic on my jean, I keep it below my belly now, and I don't hurt as much- I think maybe b/c it supports the belly a little bit. I know they sell bands specifically to support the belly- maybe try one of those out?

Okay, so you think it's more of a muscle thing?  I've never been pregnant before and I'm nervous... so I don't know what pains I should worry about and which ones are just part of the package deal.  I just didn't expect to be so uncomfortable until I'm actually enormous.  And I'm not, yet. At least, I don't think I am!

I do the inversions and the cat/cowish thing daily, those help a lot of things. The rubosso helps with pains on your inner hip area. :)

Thank you so much for this!

OP, I do get this, all the time and this is my fourth. The heating pad is my best friend lately.
