Becoming a Father and Then Hitting the High "C"'s!

In New York, an opera singer becomes a father AT HOME with midwives and then arrives for his scheduled performance at the NY Met! It was planned!

This is a refreshing change from mothers of famous men who schedule a no-labor caesarean so their hubby can be there for the birth!  It is nice the little one arrived in time and apparently, his proud papa was not late for his curtain call!

This is a great story, and as you mentioned totally unlike what most women would do in their situation. It reminded me of Ina May's book Guide to Childbirth where she makes it clear that when you manifest things they come to pass. It seems like the father really wanted to make it to both events.  Thanks for sharing!
