These are all great ideas!  I haven't thought of anything except making sure I pick up some Recharge...my labors are so fast though that I really only need things for afterwards.  Oh and my MW told me to avoid red Gatorade or sports drinks as she's found that red sports drinks come back up much more often than any other kinds.
