Help me with white and pink watercolor and wood

I'm making a set of colored wooden toys for color recognition, sorting, etc. I'm using watercolors (the crayola kind) and most are turning out great. The white however doesn't show up at all, not even like a light wash. I also can't find a pink watercolor. The crayola set I have (16 colors) skips that.

Any ideas?

Pink is just white with a tiny dab of red added.  Mixing colors is soooo fun.
