so, i love the Sue Gregg blender batter (soaked grain) pancake recipe that i got off this blog:  and now that we're gluten free, i love that i can just use whatever grain i want - on Saturday we had millet-amaranth-brown rice pancakes. 


i'm considering buying her breakfast cookbook, but it is pricey, so i'm wondering if anyone has it, can you tell me if most of the grain recipes allow for flexible use of whichever grains suit you?
