what is going on?

OK so i need someone that has ideas i have not had. my little guys is 4 months old, he was born via csec and happy and healthy, then at about 6 weeks he started getting congested, first i was told he has a cold, then they told me the cold lingers longer, then he poop got muscosy, green and has some bloody flecks (not many). Sometimes, he has stool that looks like spinach in color and form. He is also ebf..our naturoptath thinks he has seasonal allergies and possibly dairy sensitivity which my older daughter had also, so i cut dairy out again and although the color of the poop is better it is still very slimy and thin. he is happy, he doesn;t have a rash and after 5 weeks of no dairy i am not sure that is our issue, he is still congested (the ped says some kids are just more congested than others which doesn;t really do it for me) . i ran the humidifier, now i am running a purifier but i am just at my wits end... wth is going on with my kid? I also still have OS/OAL.. any input would be greatly appreciated.

Does this help? http://www.kellymom.com/babyconcerns/bloodystool.html

And as for his congestion, I think lots of new babies are congested. I used to put a few drops if breastmilk in each nostril. It helped. Good luck mana!

What about soy? My daughter didn't start to get better until I got rid of soy and dairy. Although I noticed the other day some questionable poo and I think we may have a lingering sensitivity.  Maybe I will cut gluten out for two weeks or so...
