Well the judge gave him Saturday, Sunday and Monday of Spring break here where I live and then the judge scheduled our hearing for that Monday. At the hearing the judge will decide if ex gets the kids for any longer or if they are allowed out of the county that I live in. Yet another holiday where I have no clue if I will see my kids, plus my daughters birthday is that week and I have no idea how long ex will have them for. When the judge asked my lawyer if the dad could have the weekend he just said yes as long as it is in the county we reside and I can call the kids daily. But he didn't even ask me my opinion. I would have thought that the no visitation should occur until the hearing happens. My ex told a lot of lies as usual and he told the judge that he has a certificate as a mental health aide and that me and his ex girlfriend abused him. Oh and I guess ex will appear at the hearing with a lawyer and a whole lot of damaging evidence as he puts it.

Ok, make sure that next time you go in with your lawyer, you make perfectly clear to him that you do NOT agree to ANY unsupervised visitation, and that your ex is to pay for and provide a county supervisor as you will not approve anything else.

I feel like once again another precedent gets set without me being able to say anything. After hearing all the evidence will the judge really go back on unsupervised visits after he just allowed it without hearing any evidence? Ex's ex girlfriend just got supervised visits of their child together set. It makes me mad because the judge asked my lawyer what he thought and he didn't confer with me. I think he was proud he kept the kids in this county with my being able to call them daily.

My declaration and the order stated I was requesting supervised visits only with ex paying all costs. It just feels like it will be too late because we went in before spring break to prevent the unsupervised visits and without a hearing ex got unsupervised already.
