TB Testing.. What would you do?

I am in need of some urgent help.. I applied to be a foster parent and the company is insisting my daughter get a TB test. She is only 4 years old and has been diagnosed with PDD-NOS and several developmental delays/disabilities. She has absolutely none of the risk factors either. They are telling me if she doesn't have the test, then we cannot be foster parents. Please HELP! What would you do?

I would insist on a quantiferon gold blood test which by the way if FAR more accurate than the mannoux skin test.

If they said they would not pay for it, Id be inclined to pay for it myself if I was able to and I wanted to be a foster parent that badly. I avoid the skin test for myself and my family and I certainly would not do it if my DS had developmental issues.
