May 6th, my little boy, Agent Caton Callister was born at 6lbs, 19.75 inches with a hefty head of hair. I posted a really long birth story that you can read if you have a lot of time on your hands. :)

Just to clarify before I get a chance to write it all out.  I didnt have an HVBAC.  She was born via Cesarean section after 27 hours of labor.. it didnt make the experience or her birth any less amazing.  What is amazing was the birth of my baby and that journey.. not the entrance that she took into the world ;)

MamaChef- my apologies on assuming you had a vbac.  I totally agree that no matter how our babies emerge the sheer fact that a new little babe has entered the world and our lives is a celebration!

Dylan Christopher was born on 5/12 at 4:02pm, weighing 9 lbs. 2 oz. and 20 3/4" long.  I had a fabulous birth that was exactly nothing like I planned but great just the same.  He had some breathing problems at first (which is exactly why I risked out of a homebirth) but all is well now and he's nursing like a champ!

Congratulations everyone! I have mostly been a lurker but came to announce the birth of my second son Arlo. He was born Tuesday May 10th at 9:28pm. 7lbs 15oz and 20 inches long. It was a planned homebirth turned hospital birth because I developed pre-eclampsia. All is well and I am in love. :)
