Hi Ladies!

I plan on doing a lot more babywearing with this baby (I have a 2 yr old and used a bjorn, but am interested in changing it up this time.)

I am curious to get opions from other mamas on what they will be using for babywearing!

If you liked your Bjorn, I would suggest a SSC/buckle carrier.  I'm not a huge fan of forward-facing, but the Beco Gemini and CatbirdBaby Pikkolo are 2 great buckle carriers that allow baby to face in, out, can transition to back carries, etc.  I used a Pikkolo and LOVED it.  Simple to use, could nurse easily with it, and when dd got heavier, I ordered the separate lap support belt to provide that extra support.  When dd was little, though, it was great to have a buckle carrier that worked more like a mei-tai and didn't have the support belt.

Good luck!

I love a stretchy wrap for when they are little (Moby wrap, for example) and then moving on to a soft-structured carrier like the Ergo or Beco once they are big enough IMO the SSCs are not great for teeny-tinies. Another option would be a mei-tai, which you can use right from birth. Check out Kozy carrier or Babyhawk for mei tai brands.

I agree with this...stretchy wraps(Moby, Sleepy Wrap and many more) are wonderful when they are little.  I also use german style woven wraps as well as I just love wrapping.  There are many different brands of those such as Girasol, Didymos, Lana, Storchenweige.

Have fun babywearing...I love it!
