New to mothering - LOVE the site - AMAZED at all the information.  It's like going to a Smithsonian Museum, there just aren't enough hours in the day.  

My newbie question is this:  Are the acronyms I've seen in postings listed anywhere?

I thought I was hip and understood most thing web related, but I'm lost with the acronyms.

Hi and welcome! There is a huge amount of information here, but after about 6 months of pouring over it, you realize it doesnt take as long as is used to. Im also an AL native, but I didnt move quite as far north as you did. Where are you from?
