Why did Sanofi Pasteur take down this link?

This link has been posted all over the internet.

http://www.adacel-locator.com/index.cfm?FA=protect%2Fadacel%2Fcontent&S=HOME&P=HowS_pread

It was an advertisement for the Adacel brand of Tdap vaccine, with a disclaimer in small print: "It is unknown whether immunizing adolescents and adults against pertussis will reduce the risk of transmission to infants."

The major argument being used for vaccinating adolescents and adults against pertussis is to protect infants. Was the truth being spread too far and wide for Sanofi Pasteur et al.?

That disclaimer reminds me of one I just saw. The commercial is telling people to get vaxed for WC to protect babies. They give the stat that 80% of babies who get WC get it from someone in their family. The tiny little disclaimer at the bottom of the screen says "when the source can be identified". Well, that's a little misleading without the disclaimer, don't you think? Of course the vast majority of sources that can be identified are family members. It's not so easy to track down the random person who coughed on your baby at the grocery store...

You can still catch them here, in a PDF of a brochure:

I advise saving the brochure lol. It's page 5.
