If you've made laboraid

recipe I have says 2 calc/mag "tablets" crushed, however it doesn't indicate how much is suppose to be in a tablet (for 4 cups).  I have these http://www.amazon.com/Solgar-Calcium-Magnesium-Citrate-tablets/dp/B000RZQNL8/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1302905319&sr=8-3 Any idea if one of these would equal one tablet?  Thanks.

I don't think the dose is that major. I take natural calm (which is essentially the same thing as the tablets, just in powdered form) and the instructions are to take 1/2 tsp to start and work your way up to 2 tsp or until your stool is "comfortably soft". So, just take about that amount of the tablets and you should be good! lol

thanks.  I'm also wondering how long I can keep this in the fridge before I have to make a new batch...

I made mine in ice cube trays and then transferred to a plastic bag and kept them in the freezer. Then during labor I poured some water over a cup full of cubes. I think the cubes would last longer than a pitcher in the fridge. Hth!
