Ads opening new tabs on my browser

There is an ad on most pages that is a video for HC Parenting. When I go to a page that has this ad, it opens additional tabs on my browser with the video ad running. I will link the address of one of the tabs:

I have not clicked on the ad, or even rolled my curser over it.

Thanks Snowpea. can you tell me what browser and operating system (and their versions) you are using? Do you have ad blocking software installed? Thanks!

This happening to me as well, but I get two pop up ads for the same thing on each page I navigate to.  I'm running windows IE 7.

I had the same issue, switched to mozilla and/or chrome and the issue is gone.
