Can any of you point me to reputable sources of info about ovarian cysts during pregnancy? My friend is newly pregnant, went for an ultrasound, and was told she has several cysts. We live in Eastern Europe, and the medical system very much takes a "do as the doctor says" approach - no patient information. However, google doesn't turn up any real info either, and the first results are all crappy articles or forums. Of course, my friend is worried sick and doesn't want the cysts removed unless absolutely needed, in case it causes a miscarriage.
