What to mix w/tinctures to make them easier to swallow

Hey all!  I just started taking a chaste tree tincture, and was wondering if anyone had a standby beverage that they mix it with?  I've been mixing it with my green tea since I'm already drinking 3 cups a day of that, but the tea doesn't improve it's taste; all it does is make me reluctant to drink my tea everyday, lol.

When I was pregnant with DS, I was taking RRL tincture mixed with an orange spice black tea, and that tasted good, but I don't feel like adding another tea in to my daily drink regimen.  I'm looking for something that will only require a small amount of liquid to mask the flavor...ideas?

When I use a tincture I fill my mouth with water, and add the drops right into my mouth; trying to make sure the drops land in the water. Then I swallow and drink more water. It won't keep you from tasting the tincture, but it gets it over with very quickly.

Thank you Stevi!  I tried your tip yesterday; it reminded me of cough syrup, blech grossedout.gif   But, you're right, it's good to get it over with and I just took a sip of apple juice to get rid of the taste in my mouth.  Thanks!
