What really happens if you pluck gray hairs?

Do ten more really "come to its funeral"?? Just wondering because I am now getting just enough gray (along my part line...ugh, it totally figures!!) to be noticeable (by me) but not enough that I want to start dying my hair. (I am just getting all of the old highlights totally grown out and now have longish hair of all MY OWN real color. Sigh.)

Thoughts?

I think I'd go bald. redface.gif

Of course you're going to get more of them, but that's the same if you pluck them or don't. We're getting older. It's gonna happen. smile.gif

Nothing, except that they will grow back. The speed of regrowth depends on how fast your hair grows normally.

Oh, good. I have been plucking a few and mentioned it to someone, who gave me an OH, NO!!!!!!!!!! Don't do THAT! sort of response.
I know they're gonna come, but I'm irked.gif just the same, and would prefer to not have to highlight all over to hide them. I'm not sure I'm confident enough to let 'em show. redface.gif

well, if you're me, what happens is that they grow back and then b/c they are shorter than the other hair, they STICK STRAIGHT UP.  i don't pull them out anymore.  at least they're more subtle that way.
