Will having sex tonight skew the results of a GBS swab tomorrow morning?

I'm 40 weeks tomorrow & will be re-tested for GBS tomorrow morning provided I don't deliver tonight (I was tested early this pregnancy because DS1 was born early...unfortunately, DS2 has decided not to follow in his big brother's footsteps).  So does anyone know, if I have sex tonight, will the presence of semen mess with the result of the swab in anyway?  I want to get this show on the road so we're trying to get lots of sex in, but I'm negative for GBS as far as I know at the moment (the last swab 4 weeks ago) and don't want to risk skewing the results of tomorrow's swab.
