Major difference in breast size!

I am nursing my second child, who is now almost three months old. I'm not sure how this happened, but she nurses almost exclusively from one breast. When I try to start her out on the other side or switch her mid-session, she sucks a little and screams and turns away. She is a generally fussy baby although growing very well. I didn't have this trouble with my first. Is there some kind of medical problem that could be causing this? Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

Sorry I don't think I can help you, but I am in a similar situation.  I nursed DD till 18 months and didn't really notice any asymmetry with my breasts.  With the new baby (6 weeks old), I feel my left breast is like 70% size & capacity as the right one.  Not every time, but baby gets frustrated on the left boob.  I nurse him on both sides each feeding, and start from alternating breast so as not to exacerbate the difference but what can I do to promote evenness?  I thought about pumping my left side, would that work?  I realize our body is not perfectly symmetric but it is becoming really noticeable now!  I'm tempted to just nurse him on the right boob more but that would make it worse, right?

I thought about pumping the smaller one too, but it might cause oversupply issues for me, which I had trouble with last time. I've been trying to nurse her on the less full side when she first wakes up and in the middle of the night when she's very drowsy. She doesn't notice or care at those times. It really seems to have helped
