OK, ladies, I need help!

I am breastfeeding my second DD (10months) post breast reduction.  I have always had a full supply with her but since I have had to go back to work at 6 weeks my pumping output has gone from 17oz in 4 pumps to about 14oz.  This has typically been enough but she has had to have a bottle of formula periodically at daycare if I didn't pump enough the day before.

Last Tuesday, I had a 24 hour stomach bug.  I basically didn't eat or drink for a full day, then not much the next day but I am back on track.  This also coincided with my DD sleeping at 8 hour stretch for 5 days in a row.  My pumping output is WAY down, I normally pump 5oz in my first morning pump but this morning I got 2.  Last Thusday and Friday I ended the day, after 4 pumps with 9oz.  This is NOT enough.  This weekend my DD nursed WAY more than usual and started pulling hard at the nipple, I also felt very empty all weekend.

My plan was to pump until 12-18 months and then nurse at home beyond that but I fear that I am drying up.  What can I do?  I have no more time in my work day to pump.  I have tried all the usual suspects (MM Tea, Fenugreek etc) in the past and it hasn't worked for me.  I just this morning started Motherlove More Milk but as I said, I am not too hopefull as it hasn't worked in the past.

Can anyone give me any tips?  I am feeling really discouraged.

What is your water intake like? You should be drinking about a gallon a day. You can also try pumping after baby nurses at home . The extra stimulation can help trigger increased milk supply. Is the baby nursing on demand and at night at home? How often are you pumping? Make sure that your meals are supper healthy and not low fat.  Hope everything is going better.
