Hello from OHIO

Hi! 

I am a mom to a 7 yr old bookworm, 5 yr old I cant keep inside, & 2yr old who recently discovered she can say "Princess". I am loving  that I found this community (well I've known about it for awhile just never made a profile! ) I am currently in nursing school and after wards will pursue a Master's in Midwifery receiving a CNM. I also just started Doula(ing) and had a CRAZY but beautiful first time experience!  I truly believe that the more women I help to become informed, the more women will in turn help others become informed. I am learning things every day & research EVERYTHING! 

Recently I have been tracking my month cycles in hopes to regulate everything out (and maybe TTC  ) I am always looking to better ways to provide for my family & hope to seek & give advice!

Hi to both! :) I moved from Cincy to Dayton and can NOT believe the difference an hour makes. Waterbirths are considered CRAZY in the mainstream area in Cincinnati (they don't do them in hospitals) and here just an hour north....Women give birth in water like nobodies business! (Well not THAT common but KWIM?)

 from just south of Youngstown but moving to Columbus! Also glad to know there are some other Ohio ladies posting here, cause you'd never know it looking around town . I was hoping to waterbirth my DD but they literally DON'T do them here and it was too far to Cleveland with how fast I labor! Hoping for more natural options/environment in general in the Columbus area and have heard good things!
