Ladies that take Vitex /Chasteberry...

Hi all new here so forgive me if I post something someone just said!!

I am on cycle day 70 and recently decided to start taking Vitex to help jump start AF. For those of you  taking this in pill form, how long was it before AF arrived? I have started to feel those crampy feelings & I may be crazy but I feel like AF is just around the corner....or is it just my progesterone levels rising?

so now on day ehh 80 of my cycle and Im starting to notice CM change. There is constantly more than usual. It could however be my normal CM change...this time last month was when I got my + OPK's BUT it could be the Vitex.....w00t? 

p.s. TIA: I cant stop having loose stools! ...anyone have this as a side effect? 

p.p.s. I made an appt w/ my MW to see what's going on too!
