Yay or Nay for Peekaru or Ego's Winter thing??

Baby Valentine is due late October. We have a pouch sling, Moby Wrap (both which worked great during the newborn days), along with an Ergo and Boba G2. Out of those two I use the Ergo the most but have never worn a newborn in it or really a child young enough for the bitter cold to be an issue.

I am wondering, since the baby will be young going into the winter, if a Peekaru or the Ergo brand winter weather cover would be beneficial.

I would love to get reviews and see pictures if any of you have pictures of either of those things.

Thank you!

I use a Monkey Pocket.  I have a wool one, which is very nice for the winter.  I used ours almost daily this winter, since I take my older boys outside to play.  DS is perfectly warm, especially at that gap between pant leg and sock.  I haven't used it with a stroller, but it would be easy to do so.

I also have a solarveil cover for the summer time.  I haven't used the solarveil one much yet, but I expect to once the weather gets warmer (more rain today!).

I use the monkeypocket with SSC mainly, but have also used it with RS and wraps.

Thanks! I'll keep that in mind!
